A transformative redevelopment by Redline Architecture, the Jacaman Conversion project reimagines a former dance hall through a complete interior and structural overhaul. The existing building was gutted down to its framework, then expanded with a new adjoining structure—doubling its size and functionality. The design introduces modern systems, materials, and spatial planning while preserving the spirit of adaptive reuse. The result is a cohesive, high-performance commercial space that bridges old and new through thoughtful architectural integration.
