The project honors the building’s 19th-century craftsmanship while strengthening its structure and accessibility for future generations. Through careful detailing, material conservation, and landscape revitalization, Redline is working in conjunction with Webb County through the Laredo Cultural District in restoring Casa Ortiz as both a historic landmark and a vibrant cultural gathering space.
