In collaboration with Walker Parking Consultants, Redline Architecture led a comprehensive parking study for the City of Laredo to assess current infrastructure and plan for future growth. The study evaluated capacity, accessibility, and circulation across downtown and civic areas—offering design-based strategies to improve efficiency, walkability, and user experience. Together, the team provided a roadmap for a more connected and sustainable urban core.
