Redline Architecture reimagined a former juvenile center as a state-of-the-art detoxification and recovery facility—bridging collaboration between Webb County and the City of Laredo. The adaptive reuse design preserves the integrity of the 15,092 SF existing structure while introducing restorative spaces focused on dignity, safety, and healing. Natural light, calming materials, and secure layouts create an environment that supports both clinical efficiency and human care. This project stands as a model for how thoughtful design can transform existing infrastructure into vital community health resources.
